mix igniter.install iconex

Changes

  • adds the :iconex compiler after the default compilers in mix.exs
  • places Iconex.sprite_tag/0 at the top of <body> in the root layout
  • configures inline delivery in config/dev.exs
  • gitignores the generated sprite, /priv/static/images/iconex.svg
